Project Summary:
Moray Council agreed a programme of flood risk management and bridge maintenance works for 20267/2027, focusing on keeping communities safe.
After an external contractor carried out an inspection of the Cullen seawall, safety concerns were highlighted around access to the steps to the beach which are frequently used by the public.

HFBC works:
HFBC was contracted by Moray Council to supply and install: –
- Kee Klamp steel tubular handrail, drilled and fixed to the seawall
- a gate with a mesh infill at the top of the steps
