Project Summary:

Highland Council contracted HFBC to carry out a full upgrade of the VRS Systems over 14 different locations over the Lochaber, Badenoch and Strathspey Areas.

Start of project: 19th May 2025

End of project: 18th June 2025

HFBC works:

HFBC removed the existing systems and carried out 14 full new installations. The VRS is installed in socketed concrete strip foundations with a containment of N2W1 and P4 SafeEnd Terminals.

HFBC carried out the 2 way Traffic Management but for the 3 way TM works Alba TM was subcontracted in.
