Project Summary:
A replacement school building for Nairn Academy was included in Phase 2 of the Scottish Government’s Learning Estate Investment Programme announced in December 2020, and capital funding for the project is included in Highland Council’s revised 5-year capital programme that was approved in September 2023.
The scope of the project is for a complete school building replacement with the existing changing pavilion, synthetic pitch and grass rugby pitch retained.

- To supply and erect timber hoarding fence to secure the site.
- To supply and erect demarcation fences.
- To repair existing gates and concrete repairs.
- To assist the client in ensuring the site was safe and secure
